Begins Sunday afternoon and concludes each Friday evening with an awards program.
ARRIVAL & REGISTRATION
Arrival and registration for overnight campers is 2:00-4:00 PM on Sunday of each camp session. All campers must be signed
in at the Pavilion area during these hours. Campers should arrive with all completed forms and necessary documents.
Full payment for each week is due upon arrival.
All overnight campers arrive on Sunday afternoon and leave on Friday evening even if they are registered for multiple weeks of camp.
WEEKLY FRIDAY CLOSING PROGRAM
Every overnight week concludes on Friday with a 7 PM Candlelight Ceremony. Parents and friends are invited to join campers
for staff introductions, a couple of camper performances, the awarding of "colored beads" to campers who participated or
excelled in various activities. At the conclusion of this short program, four children are recognized for exemplifying each
of the four "H's" (see About 4-H & Camp Farley for information about 4-H) and two children (one boy and one girl) are chosen
to receive the "Camp Spirit Award." Campers recognized as Camp Spirits are awarded a certificate for a FREE week of camp
the following summer.
EMAILS TO CAMPERS
Pre-paid family members can send up to 5 emails per week directly to campers for a $3 fee. Incoming camper email only,
text, no photographs or attachments.
MEDICAL REQUIREMENTS
State law requires all overnight campers provide a completed and signed health form - indicating the camper has had a
physical exam within 24 months prior to arrival at camp and all immunizations are current. If you have a different health
form signed by your doctor, please attach a copy (not the original) to our completed health form. A health form will be sent
after receiving the registration or click here for the Camper Health Form.
